Evaluation use

This version lets you evaluate CaseArc’s appointment workflow using fictional information. It is not yet a production patient-record system.

Clinical responsibility

Transcripts can contain errors. You must review the words, clinical terminology and language switches. AI drafts and coding candidates require independent verification. They do not establish a diagnosis, treatment decision, billable code or scheme coverage. You decide what to approve and transfer.

Doctor registration

Use accurate professional details and an email you control. A registration number is self-declared; verifying an email does not verify a medical qualification or registration status.

Saving your work

Consultation documents currently live in your browser tab. Export any fictional test work you want to keep before signing out, refreshing or closing the tab.

Service availability

Registration requires a configured account service, and transcription requires a configured provider. AI drafting also requires a configured provider. Direct practice-system connections are not active; transfers are manual. Features and availability may change during the preview. No billing or paid subscription is enabled.
